September 2009: EU RISKCYCLE project started
Nordeconsult Sweden AB is a beneficiary (partner) in the EU-supported coordination action "Risk-based management of chemicals and products in a circular economy at global scale - RISKCYCLE". The project is coordinated by the Technische Universit�t Dresden and has 18 beneficiaries from different parts of the world. The kick-off meeting took place in Barcelona in October 2009.

Nordeconsult Sweden AB is the coordinator of EU Specific Support Action project RIOS- Reducing the Impact of Oil Spills. The project is a partnership between Nordeconsult, Sea Alarm (Belgium) and Zoomarine (Portugal). The kick-off meeting took place in Brussels on the 12th April 2007.

International Conference on Tourism and Environmental Certification, Lisbon 16-17 February 2006, gathered more than 110 attendees from 12 different countries.
July 2005: NORDEConsult promoted in Workshop organised by the European Commission
NORDEC's profile and services were presented by Dr Stefan Rydin in the EC- Information day on "Water Technologies" 4th Call for proposals, Global Change and Ecosystems, FP6 - Brussels, 11th July.
June 2005: NORDEConsult organises International Conference on Tourism and Environmental
An international conference on tourism and environmental certifications and eco-labels will be held on the 16-17th of February 2006 in Portugal. The programme is under elaboration and will be finalised at the end of July. The preliminary programme includes both international and national high level speakers. More information will soon be available on the homepage.
April 2005: NORDEConsult visits Bulgaria
Bulgaria signed on the 25 April 2005 the Treaty of Accession to the European Union. On the 26 April, the Managing Director of Nordeconsult (Dr. Stefan Rydin) had a meeting with the Deputy Minister of Environment (Dr. Nikolai Kouyumdzhiev) in Sofia to discuss future co-operation strategies in the environmental field between Bulgaria and Nordeconsult. The discussions covered areas such as waste water treatment and infra-structure, amongst others.
